These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gbg33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gbg33 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, payment services, promotions, and any other services made available through the gbg33 website.

By creating an account on gbg33, depositing funds, or using any service offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. • You have not previously been excluded or banned from the gbg33 platform or had an account closed by gbg33 for a breach of these Terms. Any attempt to re-register after a permanent ban will result in further legal action.
• You agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling carries risk and that you may lose all funds you deposit. gbg33 does not guarantee winnings of any kind.

gbg33 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions on gbg33:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although gbg33 reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within seconds of confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the gbg33 finance team. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used and the completeness of your KYC verification. gbg33 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification and security checks.
• gbg33 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit on the account. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. You may not withdraw to a third-party payment account.
• gbg33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of source of funds. Players who are found to have used the platform for money laundering will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds may be frozen pending further investigation.

In the event of a discrepancy between the gbg33 platform display and the game provider's server, the game provider's server result will be considered the authoritative result. The following general rules apply to all gameplay on gbg33:

• All bets placed on gbg33 are final once confirmed. gbg33 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of the game or bet.

• Service interruptions, system outages, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, or any other cause beyond gbg33's direct operational control. gbg33 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve service interruptions as quickly as possible.

gbg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, gbg33 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gbg33 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the gbg33 platform. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under the previous version of the Terms.
